Goal

Add a HELLO.md file at the repo root containing a brief greeting from the agent-coding-empire pipeline.

Done criteria

  • HELLO.md exists at the repo root
  • HELLO.md contains a one-line markdown greeting
  • README.md is updated to mention HELLO.md

Hints

This is a smoke-test for the agent-coding-empire v0 pipeline. Keep the change minimal — one file added, one file edited.
